The so-called rtw laws were nothing but a ploy designed to rip and abuse law-abiding honest employees of their rights and protections. Rtw hasn't stopped offshoring, outsourcing, insourcing via visa abuse, etc ... If a government ever wanted to socialize poverty and terrorism in America just like RAYGUN, KILLTON, and Daddy and Baby Bush have done with their rubberstamps in Congress to support them, all they have to do is taking as many pages out of this country's 28 year playbook on demonizing unions.
Nice to see, but I wonder if its too little too late. To me such efforts should have begun right after NAFTA was signed into law when we still had a workforce worthy of the name.
With that said, I'd like to see how unions fight in-sourcing by companies. Has there been any successes against outfits that are trying to replace American workers with H1-B, H-2 and L-1 guest workers?
The reason I bring that up, is because both Democratic presidential candidates are big supporters of allowing in unlimited numbers of foreign guest workers.
