Sanders on Richistan
Watch Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) head to the floor of the Senate and laments the plight of billionaires who are only able to afford $180,000 a year on wristwatches. Yes, he says, that they are only able to spend that much should be all the justification we need to continue giving these billionaires more tax breaks.
This is a classic Sanders performance - and if you don't get the satire in his presentation, then you need to get your sense of humor checked.

What good is trickle-down economics without the trickle?
When top marginal tax rates were 90%, affecting only multi-millionaires, we excelled in the global economy and enjoyed relative economic justice.
Those were also the days of secure one-income households, full-time parenting, limitless optimism, and great chocolate malts.
Whats depressing is that 50 years ago the Democratic party had lots of people like him in it that would have killed any tax cuts for billionaires. Now its full of white upper class social issue obsessed liberals who care nothing about encroaching kleptocracy.
We'll be having more Independents the likes of Sanders as soon as the progressives DUMP the Democratic Party and go INDEPENDENT. The Democratic Party is already DYING and is WAY TOO INFECTED to even be repaired at this rate !
