Fox News Lobbyist Doubles as GOP's Face on CNN
There is something, well, telling about the Republican Party putting a corporate lobbyist up as its official television spokesperson. I'm talking about John Feehery, who appears as the regular "Republican strategist" on CNN's Situation Room. Feehery is the head of The Feehery Group - a corporate lobbying firm in Washington. And yet he is simultaneously the face of the Republican Party on one of the largest cable networks on the planet. It is a not-so-subtle admission that the GOP really is the party of K Street to its very core. I mean, let me just repeat this. Literally - the Republican Party's public face to much of America is a corporate lobbyist. It's amazing.Oh, one more thing. Isn't it a little odd that CNN has lobbyist Feehery on at the same time Feehery has just signed on as the official lobbyist for the News Corporation - the parent company of Fox News?
By the way - Feehery is just one example. There are a number of corporate lobbyists who double in the media as supposedly objective "Democratic strategists." All of it on both sides is disgusting - and a sad admission that, at least in Washington, selling access is not just tolerated, but embraced.

Discussion
Is it any difference than Snake head and Mary "the mannequin" Matlin who are paid Clinton operatives who double as Democratic spokesholes on CNN? no.
For starters its speaks to the hidden corporate agenda at CNN, they are using skilled propagandists to alter peoples perception that there is something wrong with the gov't.
Doubt it? go back to the run up of the Iraqi invasion, there was CNN cheerleading Bushco like a HS football game. Even Michael Moore sees it and will no longer appear on that channel.
From what I remember, a lot of the folks on Faux News used to be on CNN back in the 1980s. Carville and Matlin to me look more like a "couple" hell bent on doing their divide-and-conquer shows just to rake in loads of cash. In contrast, a similar couple that is in middle/lower class status would be unable in most cases to put their political differences aside and can often end up in a very bad relationship or even a DIVORCE.
