Newsflash - Sirota Rules Out Secretary of Defense Post
Really - I love this. No one is offering self-important and utterly irrelevant Delaware Sen. Joe Biden (D) the Secretary of State post, and yet he is rather pathetically trying to break news by declaring he is ruling out such an appointment. So in that spirit, I'd like to just try to break some news right here on this blog, right now. Here it is: I state definitively right this moment that I will not seek, nor will I accept, any nomination to be Secretary of Defense under our next President of the United States.

"Send more troops" Joe saved the world from our "precipitous withdrawal" from Iraq.
Everyone knows that USA is the most qualified and most trusted party to efficiently deploy security, self-governance and karma throughout southwest Asia.
Harboring no regrets for inviting us in, the Iraqis' concern today is our precise philanthropy being diverted to neighboring Iran.

David, I am a big fan, but this has to be one of the dumbest posts you have ever written. Biden was asked by a reporter how he would react to a request to be Secretary of State.
