Where is John McCain today? In Ohio, no doubt a safer place than he spent his 70th birthday, on the yacht of Oleg Deripaska, a Russian tycoon, or his 69th birthday, during which he received a birthday cake from President Bush, who was avoiding doing anything at all about the looming Katrina debacle.
