Dose of Durst

Well, we got bin Laden's driver. Now, if we can only put away his barber and his cleaning lady, we'll have him boxed in.

Thousands of bin Laden's cult of human sacrifice are dead, jailed or camping out by their poppy fields ... and Democrats profit from this continuing UN action by muckraking for votes. The "priest" who performed the 9/11 ceremony to advance Islam is almost certainly dead, but if not, he is so "boxed in" that he is forced into complimenting Democrats in their hope to leave Iraq to the whims of his ilk.
You all are the very apex of patriotic support for nation over partisan selfishness, aren't you, mocking for votes?
Huh?
Leaving Iraq to the Iraqis and ending the unnecessary and unproductive and just plain stupid carnage is "unpatriotic?" As in, "true" patriotism somehow involves supporting the occupation of foreign countries who pose no threat to our nation, for reasons which must not be disclosed?
I know, I know... we citizens of the United States can't be told the truth, because we can't be trusted with the truth. If we were told the truth, we might hold our "leaders" accountable for their decisions or, worse yet, not support those decisions (or the "leaders" who make them) in the first place... and then where would our country be?
Not in Iraq.
"Mocking for votes?" Spare me. Situations like the one we're in, the choices we have within the limits of speech are that we can either mock what deserves to be mocked or shut the hell up, and we've shut the hell up for WAY too long.
